1. Shipping Destinations

Monsterchems proudly ships professional cleaning equipment and supplies worldwide. During checkout, available shipping options and rates will be displayed based on your selected country. If your country is not available in the drop-down menu at checkout, we may be unable to ship to your location due to carrier limitations or local trade restrictions.

2. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international shipments are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • You, the customer, are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country.
  • Monsterchems does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for paying them. If applicable, the shipping carrier or local customs office will bill you directly.
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) and Restricted Items

Due to international aviation regulations and local environmental laws, certain products cannot be shipped internationally:

  • Liquid Chemicals & Solvents: Many commercial cleaning solutions, degreasers, and spotters classify as Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) and are strictly prohibited from international air freight.
  • Heavy Equipment: Oversized machinery may require specialized freight forwarding.
  • If your cart contains restricted items, you will either receive a notification at checkout, or our fulfillment team will contact you to modify the order or arrange specialized freight delivery.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Rates: International shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the total dimensional weight of your order, the destination address, and the selected carrier.
  • Delivery Times: Standard international transit typically takes 7 to 21 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and do not account for delays caused by weather, carrier routing, or local customs inspections.

5. Order Tracking

Once your international order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number. Please note that for some destinations, detailed tracking updates may pause once the package leaves the United States until it is processed by your local postal authority.

6. International Returns

We accept international returns in accordance with our standard 30-day Return and Refund Policy. However, please be aware:

  • The customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering all associated international postage costs.
  • Original outbound shipping charges, customs fees, and duties are strictly non-refundable.
